At Trending by A&G, many of our items are ordered on request specifically for each customer. These are considered custom or special orders, even if not personalized, as they are not kept in regular stock and are brought in based on individual purchase.

 

For this reason, once an order has been placed with our supplier, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the item is being sourced specifically for you. This policy is in line with Section 17(2) of the Consumer Protection Act.
